Language Week celebrates Indonesia’s rich linguistic heritage while deepening students’ understanding of English and Chinese. Storytelling sessions by staff and parents immerse students in these languages through interactive, hands-on activities, sparking curiosity and a love for learning.
UN Day, observed globally on 24 October, offers another platform for cultural exploration. Students wear traditional attire from countries like Japan, South Korea, and the UAE, participating in parades, performances, and thematic classroom activities. Parents join by sharing traditional dishes, creating a potluck experience that fosters community bonding.
These events exemplify the power of language and culture to connect us. By actively involving parents and educators, we help children appreciate their role as global citizens, ready to contribute positively to their communities and beyond.
