In today’s modern era, as knowledge continues to grow, awareness of the importance of fostering healthy habits from an early age is also increasing. One effective way to teach these habits is through health campaigns in schools. A well-designed campaign not only encourages children to eat nutritious food but also motivates them to stay physically active, supporting both their physical and mental well-being.

At Inspirasi School, we understand the importance of promoting health and well-being from an early age. Therefore, we are organising a health campaign from 24th–28th February 2025. This campaign provides a fun and engaging experience for students and the school community to learn about healthy eating and the importance of exercise through various interactive activities, such as:

  • Fruity Monday: Children bring fruit-themed snacks from home, either their favourite fruits or new ones to try, while learning about vitamins and the benefits of a balanced diet.
  • Veggie Tuesday: Focuses on vegetables, where students bring their favourite vegetables and learn about their nutritional benefits. This activity helps them develop healthy eating habits and raises awareness of the importance of vegetables.
  • Wellness Wednesday: Students and parents join a Zumba Kids session, promoting the importance of exercise in a fun and energetic way.
  • Creative Real Food Thursday: Encourages students and parents to prepare healthy packed meals using fresh, natural ingredients, making healthy eating more enjoyable and creative.
  • No Fry Friday: Ends the week by encouraging children to enjoy meals without fried food, showing that healthier choices like baked or steamed dishes can still be delicious and satisfying.

This series of themed activities makes healthy habits enjoyable and helps children develop a positive mindset towards health throughout their lives. By involving parents, the school plays a key role in supporting children to make healthier choices both at home and in their surroundings.
